Who are we

Neunie Associates is a chartered building consultancy practice based in north-east London.

The company was established in 2007 by Preston Neunie who is a qualified surveyor and project manager. Having worked for over 30 years in the housing sector, Preston recognised a demand for truly multi-disciplined building professionals who can offer a complete end-to-end service with a focus on relationship management.

We work closely with our clients from the initial idea stage right through to project completion. We realise that one size doesn't fit all, which is why we tailor our services to suit the project needs and are constantly creating new and refreshing business solutions.

Our aim is to broaden your knowledge with easy to understand advice, as well as to provide strategic and operational management for your project. We focus on small and medium sized companies, where we can offer the necessary resources to compete in the demanding housing sector. However, we have provided our services to a wide range of commercial, private and public-sector clients including several local authorities and housing associations.

We strive to provide the highest quality of work and personnel to our clients. Our ethos is to recruit highly skilled personnel with a track record in delivery and relationship management.

Preston Neunie

Managing Director

A professional building surveyor and project manager with over 30 years’ experience in property management in the public and private housing sector, with a focus on new build and refurbishment projects.

Preston advises on technical building matters, as well as negotiating and managing a range of construction services including major works programmes and development projects. He specialises in contract management, risk management, dispute resolution and party wall agreements.

Preston is the lead construction consultant on Ealing Council's £120m redevelopment and refurbishment project at Copley Close, Hanwell, London, W7.

Anthony Neunie

MSc, BA

Director

A highly proficient database administrator with over 10 years' experience in Oracle database migration and upgrades. Anthony is experienced in business systems analysis and database design using CASE tools (Including PowerDesigner/SSADM).

Mark Tregunno

BSc

Associate, Clerk of Works

Mark has considerable experience as a building surveyor and quality inspector. He has delivered a number of refurbishment and new build projects to the highest standards, ensuring the finished product never compromises on quality.

Paul Grant

BSc (Building Surveying)

Associate, Building Surveyor

Paul is an experienced surveyor, who has worked for a number of housing associations and private clients, he manages disrepair cases, responsive repair issues and small to medium sized projects.

John Phillpot

Assistant Surveyor

John is an experienced tradesperson within the construction sector, who is in his final year of a Building Surveying Honours Degree, where he is studying to become a Chartered Surveyor. He has managed a number of bespoke renovation projects, engaged on party wall matters and small projects.
